I am looking for a 4 bedroom house would like it to have a garage and a decent size yard for my kids. A basement would be nice but, a laundry room would be acceptable. I am not looking to spend over $750 a month.
I am not trying to be picky but, I would like updated/newer windows, vinyl siding, decent carpeting, the option to paint bedrooms, and we have been waiting forever to own a cat so, pets accepted would be a huge plus.
