I live in a 5 bedroom house with two other guys and a girl (ages 21-25) but she will be getting married in a month and will be moving out so we are looking to rent the spare rooms by the start of December. smoking allowed outside, on roof top patio, or in basement. We have a two stall garage and drive way that can accommodate two more vehicles. Guys and Gals welcome as long as you are willing to do a fair share of household duties like dishes and lawn mowing and drive/side walk details in the winter. We have a good working system and are looking for someone who is laid back and can have a good time. we all work two jobs and some of us are college students so we don't party too much but we have a work hard play hard motto. Priority will be given to those who don't suck at life and if you have an abrasive personality please don't bother. Also a steady income of some sort would be required to ensure rent can be paid on time. The room isn't huge but the rent is cheap and utilities aren't bad either, its an old house so heat can be a pain in the winter but all told you can expect to never (or rarely) pay more than $250/mo, this year we averaged around $200ish. There is no lease! things go on a month by month basis so if it doesn't work out you are free to leave we only ask a 6 week warning should you decide to move out. No cats No Dogs...sorry landlords rules.
