I own a newer (less than 15 yrs old) 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home right off of 441 & Oneida St (over by Waverly Beach) & I am looking for someone to help with the expenses. You would have your own room & bathroom & use of pretty much the rest of the house (other than of course my bedroom & bathroom). I have a family room that is completely void of furniture as of now so you would have room to create your own living room area. Everything would be included with the rent...I have U-verse for TV & high speed internet. I live in a very safe & quiet neighborhood so there wouldn't be any parties or anything like that. I am a fun loving female but very responsible & would expect the same in return. Rent is negotiable...I remember when I was struggling to start over & just needed a "break" so we can work something out if need be. As of right now the bedroom is furnished so if you don't have anything you are more than welcome to use that stuff otherwise it can be moved elsewhere if you have your own furniture. I will be repainting the room within the next week or two hopefully & then also updating the light fixture, blinds, curtains.
I don't care if you smoke but you will have to do it outside. There is no security deposit, just the understanding that if you break something you pay to have it fixed. I do have a cat so if you have allergies it wouldn't work out but I would never expect any help with her care.
