Engouh about us, now about the house:

The lease starts in september, 2010
2 story, 4 bedroom house.
The house does have a basement and a large living room and an attic.
The last bedroom available is not big but its not small either... its a medium size and i believe it has a closet in it.
The basement will be outfitted to be a sweet party area and we are bringing in a bigscreen for the living room.
The rent is 250 per month with about 50 dollars extra for all the utilities.
This obviously totals about $300 per month but we are willing to drop 15 off to make it $285 because it is the smallest bedroom in the house but keep in mind not terribly small.


Now for what we are looking for in the renter:

We are mainly looking for a guy but are not completely against having a girl rent with us.
We would like someone about the same age as we are (which is in the 19-20 years old right now)
We would like someone who is not against partying but also not a complete drunk either.
It is a MUST that you can without question afford the rent.
Prior to choosing someone we will try to meet you and see how well all four of us get along to make sure there arent any problems next fall.
