The apartment is 1200 sq feet that features two bathrooms, large closets and a nice kitchen. The rent is $620 but I only want $300 because I am going to use the only garage and I am in the room with the bathroom. (the other bathroom closer to the living room can be your personal bathroom if desired) There are always parking spots open right in front of the complex for you to park.

The lease runs until August 2009 where I very well could rent again. I would expect any roommate to split the bills 50/50 unless specified.
