The lease would start in January and end in August.
If you are only interested in living here until the end of the semester, I have someone who is looking to rent for the summer that can take it for that period of time.

Time Warner cable is hooked up for internet and cable TV.
Upstairs room, with a hanging closet and a window. Full bathroom with 2 mirrors on the same floor. Kitchen has an electric stove and refrigerator included. All three remaining roommates (2 guys, one girl) are over 21, have a reliable income, and are attending UWO. I'm leaving the apartment because I am transferring schools. I would recommend living here for anyone who wants out of the dorms, or is looking for a relaxed environment with 3 very laid back roommates.
