This is a one week rental (july 25th thru Aug 1st), 2010. $2,500 for the week, and willing to negotiate a nightly rate for shorter a shorter stay. I've rented my home out for EAA the last two years and the renters loved it, but unfortunately it looks as though they are not returning to the show in 2010. If you are looking for something close, this is the one.

It has one full bath, two bedrooms, two beds (one queen/one full) and a roll away or air mattress available. It's a 1955 Cape Cod, about 900 square feet and has central air conditioning. Nothing real large, but it's cozy and recently updated.

It's located just a block and a half away from the airport where a shuttle makes pickups regularly throughout the day.

There is a concrete patio in the rear with comfortable table and chairs, as well as a good sized grill. Much of the daily airshows are visible from the patio and the flightline is right in line with my street, so all of the airshow aircraft float just over the tree tops for close up viewing. You couldn't get much of better location really. Aside from the airshow hours, the neighborhood is very quiet and no worries of crime what so ever.

Plenty of parking space available in the fairly large driveway. Everything is close by (shopping, golf, restaurants, etc...). Lambeau Field (green bay packers) is an hour away and Miller Stadium (milwaukee brewers) is also only an hour away. Clean and tidy home, as well as smoke free and pet free. Large screen TV and internet available.
