Overhead doors Unlimited is a small local family owned business located in Appleton. We are currently seeking a full-time employee for AP/AR front desk position. This position is to help in the front office with everyday accounting duties as the business continues to grow. The position will include but is not limited to, opening mail, filing, answering phones, following customer work orders, collections and typing invoices. Accounts payable, receivable and Quick Books experience required. You will be working alongside the current full time bookkeeper to help manage office functions and move fully into the position. The ideal candidate will have good communication and organization skills. Must be polite when handling customers and display proper phone educate. Must have experience handling multiple phone lines and have some kind of construction background. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, a great multi tasker and can display accurate data entry. This is a great opportunity for the right person. Requirements: Experience with Quick Books, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and at least 2 years’ experience in AP/AR.
