This set of 5 Bing & Grøndahl annual porcelain Christmas plates are from 1968, 1970, 1971, 1973, and 1974. The themes are respectively titled "Christmas in Church", "Peasants in the Snow at Christmas", "Christmas at Home", “Country Christmas", and "Christmas in the Village". The text along the bottom of the plate, "JULE AFTEN," translates to "Christmas Eve".
These fine underglaze blue and white porcelain plates are in mint condition.
The Bing & Grøndahl plates are made in Copenhagen, Denmark.
