1. A 2020 commercial grade Simplicity Citation XT 52 Zero Turn with 560.4 hours, a 52” fabricated deck with stripe rollers, 27HP commercial Briggs and Straton motor, an electric chut blocker by Green Guard, one season on the mower deck drive belt and a set of brand-new Oregon Gator blades.
2. A 2012 Honda HRR216VYA walk behind mower with blade stop option.
3. A 2023 Echo SRM-225 string trimmer.
4. A 2019 Echo PE-0225 sidewalk/curb edger.
5. A 2021 Husqvarna 360BT backpack blower.
6. An 8’ X 10’ 2,000# flatbed trailer with 2,200# ramps. The lights work as they should. The tires are only one year old. There is a spare.
7. A pair of used string trimmer chaps to keep your legs from getting hit by debris.
8. An empty one-gallon gas can for mixed fuel.
9. An empty 5-gallon gas can for the mowers.
All the spring maintenance is done on all the equipment so you have nothing to do in the spring except mow.
• The Zero turn has new spark plugs, new synthetic oil, new oil filter, new air filter, new gas filter, the bottom of the mower deck has been cleaned with new Oregon Gator blades installed.
• The string trimmer has a new plug, new air filter, and new gas filter.
• The edger has a new plug, new air filter, gear case grease added, and new gas filter.
• The Honda mower has a new spark plug, new air filter, sharpened blades (2), and fresh oil change.
• The back pack blower has a new spark plug, new air filter, and new gas filter.
Everything runs like new. I have all the manuals for the equipment including a complete parts list for the Zero Turn. Everything is kept in my garage when not in use. There are a significant number of spare parts for maintenance that go with everything. Some examples are:
• Two sets of spare zero turn blades
• One brand new Kevlar drive belt for the Zero Turn mower deck
• One set on spare Honda blades
• A spare catch bag for grass and leaves
• One new and one older spare carburetor for the Honda mower
• Extra blades for the sidewalk edger
• And much more smaller items.
I am asking $6,500 OBO for everything. If you do not want the trailer, I will sell the equipment without the trailer for $6,000. Cash or local certified bank checks only! The Green Guard chute blocker I have is worth over $389 considering it is the HD model. The Zero turn is worth this amount alone. A new Farris 52” Zero turn (made by Briggs) is over $11,000 with the same motor and no rollers behind the deck. I am now 73, it is time for me to call it quits and relax. I will not sell items individually at this time.
