This is a 1955 cab and front clip from F250 on a shortened 1975 F150 Chassis, with Title for the 1955.
It is 4 wheel drive. . . The rear end is the venerable Ford 9" with the 31 spline axles. . . it has the VERY RARE "N", (Nodular) Center Section; and Limited Slip innards. This very, very rare Rear End is worth well over $1,000 by itself.
The front axle is a Dana 44. . . . Only problem is; the broken left front axle needs to be replaced.
This truck has large tires on Chrome F150 Wheels. . . Even has chains on the rear, since I used this truck for plowing my driveway in the winter, up until a few years ago, when I bought another plow truck; and SOLD the plow setup on this one.
This truck frame has been shortened 4 feet. (this makes it more maneuverable for around the yard and plowing, etc.. It has a 1995 Ford 300 carburated inline 6 cylinder engine; and granny low 4 speed. (way more power than it needs).
It took 18 months of hard work at about 40 hours a week, building this one of a kind tractor/truck; back in late 2008, 2009, and early 2010.
It was used for plowing snow, moving vehicles, pulling engines with the cherry picker, even pulled a big tree down with the 90 foot winch and cutting with one of my chainsaws. (It was leaning in the wrong direction).
I installed a brand new Fuel Cell, it has an old cassette tape stereo in the cab. I can give the buyer some tapes, since I probably have more than 400 of them. (if you don't want that stuff, we can reduce the final deal price).
I live about 5 miles south of Iola; (north of Waupaca). . . Open to reasonable offers.
Please put JIM in either the Header or your salutation, to encourage me to answer you.
ALSO: We do NOT have cell phone service here, (dead zone), so I cannot call you; as I have no long distance on my land line phone. . BUT you can call in here, IF we get far enough along to talk on phone. . . Emailing is best for me; since I am almost 85 now and have gotten very hard of hearing. Thanks for your time and understanding.
