I am looking for at least a one bedroom apartment or small house on the north side of Oshkosh. I am having trouble getting approval because I have 2 things in collections. I am willing to pay for 6 months or the whole year up front depending on how much rent is. I do have a small dog (beagle mix) that's 15 years old. I would be gone most of the week and mainly home on the weekends. So I would not be at the apartment much. If you're willing to work with me I would greatly appreciate it. I'm working on the collections but because they're on my credit I'm not getting approved.
