Hello my name is Alex and my lease is up and May. My family are looking for new housing as our current apartment is less than ideal.my family consists of my girlfriend Kristy and her two children along with myself. We also have two cats. We both work full-time but money is still tight so we are looking for something less than 800 if at all possible. I currently am employed doing home remodel construction and I also maintain multiple Airbnbs that my boss owns. I would be interested in fixing up apartment and other units if work is needed. I'm hoping that would help lower the cost of rent. I also am quite when it comes to landscaping.
