Have an immaculate condition 1968 Traynor YVM-1 PA amp with the old stock original Mullard XF2 EL34’s. This amp is the older circuit with a choke and completely hand wired and has seen very little use. These are the ultimate mod platforms since they have 4 preamp tubes, and an output transformer that switches between 4, 8, and 16 ohms, which no other traynor has. People make these into fire breathing Marshall killers a la hot rod JCM or I’ve read there’s room on the board for two separate early Marshall circuits in one amp. Has been serviced and given 3 prong grounded power cable by Carl at Island.

Was going to mod this into a Soldano Hot Rod 50 but realize I’m not going to get around to it. This amp doesn’t need to be modded as it sounds awesome as is but the sky is literally the limit on this amp. Would trade for a 1965 Traynor YBA-1 with a tube rectifier, early Bandmaster or 80’s / early 90’s Gibson. Also to the out of staters emailing me: be prepared for in-person pickup.
