I have a Roland CR-8000, everything works except the Open HiHat (I was going to get it serviced but decided to try and sell here), otherwise all the other buttons work and all the other sounds are solid. This unit operates at 220v so a step down voltage converter is necessary but I can show you a cheap one on amazon that works perfectly. In addition to a few scratches and cigarette burn marks on the outside it definitely shows it's age. This model is actually the Thai model so there are still stickers with Thai language on the unit. Lastly there is a small dent on the front but it hasn't affected the unit's functionality. Because of the rarity of the instrument I am charging $700 obo.
The CR-8000 shares the identical circuitry as the TR-808, and it is fully programmable (the first Roland drum machine to do this I believe) and all drums are tuneable.
