I have just under 7 Acres of nice wooded land. Beautiful spot to build a cabin or permanent home. Out the back door of the approximate 7 acres is 2,300 Acres of National Forest. Land has a hill towards the back which you could build into the hill and have a great View looking into the woods. Just off of Highway 32 in the town of Blackwell. Electricity is close. Like owning over 2,000 acres of land but just paying taxes on your portion. The only person I have ever seen back in the government wooded area during the 40 years I've owned it, was my nephew that I was hunting with during deer season. Would make an excellent deer camp also. My property taxes this year were $146.87.it recently passed a perk test.
