We are looking for a new 3rd roommate to share a single family two story house on a quiet street in nice neighbor only an ambitious walk to the south side of downtown.

I'm a female in my mid 30's the other roommate is a male in his early 30's. We also share the home with a cat, short haired, and to put it brief he likes the house clean. We are smokers and we allow it in the house, just not upstairs where the bedrooms are.

Huge bathroom, dining room/game room, living room with large tv, and all the major electronics, NES/SNES/Sega Wii, VCR, Roku(netflix, amazon prime and hulu) projector in basement make shift she cave. Fire pit in the back yard for entertaining out there.

House is fully furnished in common areas, everything from seating, tables, kitchen things, toaster oven, blender, can opener, etc. Ideal for someone with not a lot of furniture, willing to navigate that issue if it comes up.

We split rent and utilities with our roommmate agreement that if you choose to not want to have to bother with lawn care and snow removal, is 375 per person. 350 Security deposit. Month to month lease (60 day notice) We are okay if you just need something for a few months, we get it. We had a roommate whose circumstances changed so the place is available now, we do really want someone in though by April 1st.

Little about us, I'm an educated professional, I like to have game nights, I spend the weekends with my boyfriend and like to have friends over and dog sit frequently.

The male roommate is a chef, and he does like to cook so beware of some good smelling stuff brewing in the kitchen. He is also a musician so the house is littered with guitars.

We are both very open minded and we would prefer a roommate who is too. We do like to sit around and have a few, smoke, and talk with each other so if you like the idea of becoming friends with the strangers you are about to live with then please hit us up.

If you are reading this and wondering if you could live with complete strangers, in the past 6 years nearly all prior roommates have remained close friends and I found nearly all of them off the internet. If you like the idea of getting a lot for your money, sharing a house is very nice route to go.
