An individual named Dan around age 28 will likely be trying to find a roommate for him to live with at this location. I regrettably lived with him for a short period of time and he essentially stole $320 of my security deposit money. I offered to clean the room that I lived in to his standards in order to receive my money back. This was after he falsely accused me of something I never did and insisted I find a new place to live in 2 weeks time, which I took my own free time to do on short notice. I made all the efforts in the world to be the most agreeable roommate I could be, but even after offering to clean the room and meet all of his demands, he's still refused to return my rightfully owed money back.

This all happened after I filled out paperwork to be on the lease, essentially legally guaranteeing me my $320 security deposit back. Come to find out that right before the paperwork was processed (between the time I filled it out right in front of the property manger, in his unit) Dan quick ran to Art (the property manager) and somehow had the paperwork ripped up before it secured me a legal spot on the lease.
Rent with Dan, expect problems. Especially ones with any money you hand the guy
