Boulder Gear Incline ski pants, black, size large. Nice ski pants with snow cuffs, zippered pockets, reinforced ankle area, and velcro adjustable waist. I would say these would fit waists from 34-40". Used just a few times, but have a couple small nicks in the reinforced area at the bottom.
