We have a total of fourteen 750-1,400 square foot executive units throughout Appleton and Oshkosh, fully furnished with complete bill consolidation. Pricing is generally 2000-2500 per month for most units depending on length of stay, season, number of people, demand, etc. Price sheet by unit can be provided to you. (Largest four-bedroom property in Oshkosh is a higher rate.)

We have a number of available units coming open beginning late March and extending through June in Oshkosh, and lots of Appleton avails coming open for a May 2nd-June 2nd start date.

Everything you need is stocked in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms from fresh towels and luxury linens, fluffy pillows and comfy throw blankets. All linens, towels, mattresses and furnishings are either brand new from the showroom or freshly refurbished in the case of some wood items. All units are furnished with at least one 55 flat screen smart TV, cable television, wifi packages and laundry.

Varying additional amenities from unit to unit include: basements, attached or unattached garages, wood burning or electric fireplaces, upgraded appliances such as fridge with ice maker, granite or other high-end countertops, sunrooms, decks, patios, balconies, refinished or newly purchased cabinets and as many as three TVs in one unit.

*All apartments are similarly appointed in terms of level of design, selection of materials and newness of furniture and amenities, with each one having particular upgraded details best suited to that particular unit's strengths.

*325A (Oshkosh) is a four-bedroom premium family suite with sunroom, granite counters, Scandinavian mid-century modern ski chalet vibe, wooded views, and two-car attached garage.
*325b (Oshkosh) will have all new cabinets, counters and will be a new construction level modern studio.
*303 (Oshkosh) two bedroom dual level has new cabinets, granite counter and ultra sheik modern design.
*305 (Oshkosh) two bedroom single level with reclaimed wood dining table looking out on wooded views.
*502 (Appleton) as an example has an industrial old Appleton theme and an extra large master bedroom with a table for office work.
*504 (Appleton) has a Farmhouse theme, granite countertops and an armoire with built in gas faux fireplace heater in second bedroom in addition to the wood burning fireplaces all the units have.
*506 (Appleton) is a traditional design style with largest total square footage (they all are within 100 feet of each other).
*508 (Appleton) is the penthouse suite with a modern design and stainless steel appliances.
*807 (Appleton house) has real hardwood floors and privacy from other tenants as a single family house.

We are direct owners and operate the small business Appleton Corporate Housing, offering just seven total units. We are a veteran owned business and look forward to serving you in your corporate travel, family transition or supporting you for other turn-key housing needs.

LOCATION:
Appleton: Great safe location at the end of a culdesac in Northwest Appleton. Quick access to shopping, downtown and highways -- literally minutes from all things Appleton. Just outside of the culdesac on the main road is a grocery store, which we've found super convenient to have such quick access to. If you exit by foot behind the parking lot the grocery is just a half block down and a two minute walk.

TOTAL UNITS:
We have 14 units in total with availability always rotating just a month or two away.
Minimum three month terms with flexible end dates.
Pricing is variable based on demand, number of people, pets, season, and duration of stay.

$150 Cleaning reset fee.
$250 Non-refundable pet fee.
-Application/background check required.

INCLUSIONS:
-All bills included -- wifi, utilities, cable TV, laundry, parking, snow removal and lawn care.
-Fully stocked property.
