Had a nice Asian American lady utilize a larger closet in my home at 427 3rd Street a few years back. I charged here $100 a month and she put in 2-4 hours of housework on a daily basis. I only ever took out the trash? This is a respectable understanding. If the house isn’t staying clean; rent goes up a few hundred depending on the level of cleanliness and consistency therein. Ann had children of her own and brought them over and everything. I have a 21 year old daughter but she’s grown up and living her life with be hubby in the city.
