Pretty sure it's a vintage set.
Mild wear on a few mallets ends. Mallet handles fit good and firm.
Balls look good.
Case is a nice canvas-type material, just has a little wear. The "specks" on the bottom-right are either embedded grass/dirt or little scuff specks, or a combination of the two. I could pick some off with a fingernail, but then others not so much. I'll say they're more scuff specks than grass/dirt.
Can deliver to neenah or so depending on the day.
