What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Apply tape, compound, and plaster to drywall panels, joints, and angles.
Embed tape in compound and smooth out imperfections to achieve Level 4 and Level 5 finishes.
Mix plaster and mud to the correct consistency for the job.
Sand joints and surfaces to ensure a seamless, paint-ready finish.
Inspect surfaces for defects, cracks, or unevenness and repair them efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of professional drywall finishing or plastering experience preferred.
Tools: Preferred to have your own hand tools (trowels, knives, pans, hawks) and not required. Major equipment provided.
Transport: Reliable transportation to get to various job sites daily.
Skills: Strong eye for detail, knowledge of different mud types/drying times, and ability to work on stilts or scaffolding safely.
Traits: Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a clean, professional representation of our company on site.

8-hour shift / Monday to Friday
Day shift (Typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
