Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization.
Enter data for incoming inventory and create inventory receipts/pick ticket reports.
Daily accounts payable entry, converting PO to vouchers.
Daily accounts receivable entry, including direct shipments.
Code and enter freight vouchers.
Sales tax and journal entries.
Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping with Epicor (Prophet 21) and basic office supply inventory control.
Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards.

PAY: Salaried Position $45,000 annually ($21.63 hourly)
