Job duties to include but not limited to:
Using QB to balance checkbook / pay bills
Creating invoices and Estimates using QB
Keeping up with clients accounts receivables
Handling social media and promotion of our company
Learning how to fly a drone to take shots of our work
Supporting our crews with materials needed to get the job done
Prior office experience using QB is a must (preferably in a construction environment)
Company vehicle provided
