We are looking for a Full-time Maintenance Technician.
The Full time Maintenance Technician is responsible for working with supervisors, onsite staff, and residents to insure all maintenance is executed in a timely professional manner.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Must have own tools
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
The Full time Apartment Maintenance Technician is required to work with maintenance employees who maintain the properties, perform service request for current residents, and return unoccupied apartments to a rent ready condition.
