I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom upper unit available at Parkview Village coming available approximately 9/20/2026. The rent is $1000.00/mo and water is included. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
There is a laundry room (a washer and dryer) in the building, good security cameras, plenty of parking, a playground on site, and my office is right under the unit. No pets allowed.
Tenant pays electricity (including heat) but trash removal and water are included in the rent.
I have been struggling to find someone who can pass the background check (every adult has to), and qualify for the unit as it is a Section 42 tax credit unit. It has income restrictions so: 1 person has to make under $46,850, 2 people under $53,500.00, 3 people under $60,250.00, and 4 people under $66,900.00
