It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Greenville.
It is available for ONE non-smoking person WITHOUT pets (non-negotiable).
RENT: $975 a month. Electric, water, heat, Central Air, and Wi-Fi included. The apartment has a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. It includes the use of a washer and dryer. The apartment has its own thermostat for heating and cooling.
This rental is in a safe residential area and comes with a beautiful yard and a fishing pond next door!
There is only room for ONE car. (Driveway parking in the spring and summer and fall, but garage parking is available in the winter.
Renter is responsible for snow removal and lawn mowing. (Equipment provided, snow blower /shovel and riding lawn mower or push mower).
This rental is inside our home; your apartment has its own entrance once inside. We are only looking for a responsible, QUIET, non-smoking person.
It would be a great place for someone who travels a lot or for a student who needs a quiet place to study.
(The owners and their well-behaved dog live above the apartment). We are semi retired and very quiet.
A one year lease and security deposit is required, Renter will need to obtain rental insurance prior to moving in. (This is very easy to get, and it is not expensive and also non-negotiable)
