Works fine except...
The power nozzle head doesn't turn left/right when you twist the handle. The chrome tube rotates where it connects to the power head, but the head doesn't turn. I think it's just missing a plastic piece that goes around that area where the chrome tube connects to the head and the little ball there rotates, but not sure.
The brush roller height selector on top of the power head works but takes a lot of strength to change the switch position. I don't know why. When I say it takes strength to rotate the selector switch, I mean I put the nozzle head on my lap and use both hands/thumbs to move the switch/lever. It works, but takes some oomph to change the height.
$275 firm for a while.
