Needs a new safety valve on top. A little bit of its rubber seal is gone. Just enough to not seal.
The video below is on my Microsoft OneDrive account. It's me having a couple sharpening stones sitting on top of the valve for weight, (they were handy at the time), and the canner being at 11psi and no edge drips or anything that I noticed.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
