The panel is fiberglass with two metal rods on the back (one top, one bottom).
The knights are apparently metal of some kind.
The panel has blue and light gray paint. The light gray areas allow more light through. Which means you can stick a light behind it, perhaps a red light, for a good effect.
Has wear. The knights have faded paint. There's wear on the fiberglass panel, mainly one good dent on the bottom edge and some other edge wear. etc. Still looks cool, and the knights have a more primal rawness to them this way.
