Vintage Kenmore Sewing Machine Model No. 117-813,
serial no. 113676 and uses needle no. 6705
Looks like one time this was mounted in a sewing machine type of furniture.

Has a foot pedal which works
None of the electrical cords have any cracks
Comes with original instruction book
The motor does run as does the needle mechanism
Shipping would be available at buyer's expense but I would estimate it would be at least $50
