Missing the seat and might need some shifter work? I'm no bike mechanic but maybe, I can ride it down the road in the gear it's in. The 6 speed gears seem to work. Not so sure about the 2 speed gears. Tires hold air. Brakes work. If you have questions, feel free to reach out.
