About 10" tall.
With foam packaging and certificate of authenticity.
Released back around 2003-2005.
Great condition except for the second length of the spire on top of the building is broken off. It's included if you want to glue it on. You can see it in the pictures near the brass plate.
That part of the spire is plastic. The rest of the statue isn't plastic. It has weight to it and feels like something.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
