Eisenhower 40% silver dollar coins were never released for circulation, these were only available in special Proof and Uncirculated collector sets like this. The silver ones weigh more than the clad ones, see pics of all 3 on scale. Ike clad is 22.68g, 40% silver Ike is 24.59g. Clad Kennedy half is 11.34g, 40% silver Kennedy is 11.5g, clad quarter is 5.61g, 40% silver Qtr is 5.80g.

I only have 2 sets left and have opened one other set and am selling that set's Ike and Kennedy for a price. Keep in mind also that NO other quarters were ever minted in 40% silver (to my knowledge) and that NO Kennedy halves containing 40% silver were minted after 1970, except these 1776-1976 special editions!
