Being a tool collector for almost 50 years, and in order to preserve it's history and prevent rust, this has been fully dis-assembled, lightly cleaned, and painted. Not sure of the age, but this came from a dairy farm the was old 50 years ago. The pulley is 8" diameter and 3-1/4" wide. About 19" tall overall, and approximately 75 lbs. It's got some compression and appears functional!
