I have a Dell 3110cn printer in need of maintenance. I've tried cleaning various internal parts following cleaning instructions in the service manual and online, but still leaves behind a regular black smudge, repeated across columns and rows in the paper. The other 3 colors are fine. Tried cleaning the drum on the black cartridge - no residue seen. Prior to this, there was a cartridge that leaked. I'd rather not start unscrewing things to find it. If you have professional experience regularly maintaining laser printers, I'd like an hour of your time.
