About the Company:
We are a local distributor of casters and material handling equipment seeking a talented and energetic individual to fill a position on our inside customer service team. We take great pride in delivering high quality product and “Superior” customer service to our customers of 30+ years. Skills required to qualify for an interview include:
Customer Service Orientation – Great phone etiquette with the ability to listen and assist customers.
Computer Skills – Prior experience working with Epicor P21 preferred but not necessary. MS Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook are “Required”.
Multi-Tasking – this position requires you to keep multiple projects “in process” and meet urgent customer requests.
“Can do” attitude and good team player.
Mechanical and technical aptitude a definite plus +
Ability to trouble-shoot technical issues and identify possible solutions to customer problems.

PAY: Salaried Position $42,000 annually
BENEFITS: (After 90 days of employment)
80% of employees/spouse health insurance paid by company.

401K plan - employer matches up to 4% of base salary, when employee contributes 5%
