The Good:
-Strong running engine
-VERY clean interior
-Body in excellent shape
The Bad:
-Transmission will occasionally slip in 1st-gear when the car is cold. We allow the car to warm up for a few minutes, cycle the transmission through all of the gears, then start off driving lightly until warmed up. We’ve been doing this for a year and a half, we drive it with great care to make it last, and it has not gotten worse with this treatment. Once the transmission is warmed up, the car drives and shifts like it’s almost new.
-Mechanic recommended Timing Belt replacement, based solely on mileage
-Very minor cosmetic defects; some clear coat peeling
-Passenger window struggles - may need a new window motor
