Contents of Sale:
• 2014 Ford Flex – 161,294 miles. Fair condition with dead battery and very recently installed new tires. It has been driven in the last 3 months. 2 keys available. Backup camera and center console lid repair needed. Valued at approximately $3,000.
• 1980 Liberty Mobile Home – Originally 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms were combined to act as a workspace. Needs extensive renovation or demolition. Extensive water damage around the washer, dryer, and toilet hookups, as well as the bathroom sink and kitchen floor areas. Extensive repair and full flooring replacement needed to make the home livable again.
o Lot rent: Approximately $525 per month if leaving on-site. Buyer must qualify with the park management if leaving trailer on site, or arrange for professional removal at buyer’s expense
