Little Foxes Childcare in Omro is looking for a dependable, caring, and passionate full-time Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team.
Our toddlers need a teacher who can provide consistency, patience, understanding, and a safe place to learn and grow. We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with young children and wants to build meaningful relationships with the children, their families, and fellow teachers.
The right person will be:
• Reliable and committed to providing stability for their classroom
• Patient, nurturing, and understanding
• Passionate about helping children learn and reach developmental milestones
• Comfortable working as part of a supportive team
• Creative, engaged, and willing to plan fun, age-appropriate activities
• Able to communicate professionally with families and coworkers
• Willing to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
Lead-teacher qualifications or the willingness to complete any remaining required coursework are preferred. Applicants must also be able to complete required background checks and childcare training.
