Folds up.

Comes with USB cable for charging I didn't put in the picture.
Bluetooth.
Can also be used with the wireless USB adapter, but it doesn't come with that. So, bluetooth only.
Can be used while charging. This doesn't have a huge battery, but being able to charge it while using it is a great feature lots of headphones don't have.
Logitech's marketing says the battery is good for six hours. I put it on max volume with a song looping, and it shut off around 9 hours.
Very good condition.
Feels pretty light on the head and ears. Can wear these all day.
The ear pads don't block out much environment sounds, but that's good if you want to be able to hear environment sounds.
Mediocre bass. Clear mids and highs. Nice with music, even better when needing more clarity for people who mumble.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
