This vintage Sears Portable Multimeter (Model 5205) is a classic analog Volt-Ohm-Milliammeter (VOM) designed for various electrical diagnostics and battery testing. In original box with manual and two 44-inch test leads.
Capable of measuring AC/DC voltage, DC current, and resistance (ohms).
The battery tester specifically tests 5 battery sizes including AA, AAA, C, D, and 9-volt.
Features a sensitivity of 50,000 ohms/volt DC and 10,000 ohms/volt AC.
Includes a mirrored scale for accurate, parallax-free readings, overload protection, and a single-knob function switch.
Requires one 1.5-volt and one 9-volt battery to operate (not included).
The multimeter has been tested.
