Holidays Pub & Grill is hiring a full-time Manager to help lead operations at one of our high-energy, fast-paced locations. We’re a locally owned pub & grill known for great food, good times, and a strong connection to our community.

What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house
Lead and support a high-performing team, including training and scheduling
Ensure exceptional guest service during high-volume shifts
Oversee cash handling, reporting, and POS procedures
Collaborate with kitchen leadership on food quality, safety, and service timing
Manage inventory and place supply orders as needed
Support execution of banquets, private events, and group reservations
Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Help implement promotions and local marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a casual or sports bar setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting
Experience in event coordination and catering operations (a plus)
Ability to stay cool under pressure and lead by example
Bartending experience is a bonus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
