About 18" x 18".
120v plugs into typical wall outlet.

Works fine.
Has some peeling, I guess, of the clearcoat. And some scratches/scuffs. Hard to take a picture of, and comes and goes depending on the angle when looking at it. I don't see them when the light is turned on.

Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
