About 13" square.
Has a yellow stain near the middle on the inside side.
Has a chip on one edge. The chip is on the inside side and is about half the thickness of the shade. It's not on the outside side you normally look at. It is noticeable on that side because there's a thin layer of black on the inside side, and the half-deep chip is where that black layer is. I was going to just color that spot on the inside with a black marker, but I'll leave that up to the new owner.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
