Absolutely stunning and impressive couch set with light bar. Fold out full bed. Measures approximately 11 feet by 10 feet. Hardly any scratches on the wood and some minor wear on a small section of the fabric. Paid over $3000.00 more than a decade ago. We are selling this furniture due to remodeling and overhauling the room where it was set up. Presently it is taken down and is in sections. I will gladly show a potential buyer how to assemble it. Need a screwdriver and a helper to hold the light bar. Easy assembly. Some sections are in the garage and some are still downstairs. Go up a half flight of stairs and out the front door. Two trips in a full bed pick-up truck minimum.
