Replogle World Globe
World Classic Series.
Probably vintage.
16" globe.
Overall about 37" tall.
Wrought iron metal stand.
Has N, S, E, W letters on the sides.
Nice overall though has wear.
I don't know what's considered normal or normal wear as far as the seams and lines go on the globe. Zoom in on the pictures. I can send more pictures if you want.
There's a narrow few inches of a piece of scotch tape on the globe. Whether it's holding down a tear or something on the globe, or is just there randomly, I'm avoiding messing with it.
Under the top spindle circle, where the spindle goes in, the spindle hole in the globe is enlarged with a groove. That brown circle does cover it up. The enlarged hole area may prevent the globe from spinning freely. It spins fine half the time, then the other half the time it may catch in the enlarged spindle groove. Catches more if the globe is turned while tilted instead of more straight up.
The globe and its metal circle lift off of the rest of the stand easily for transport. I could probably deliver it locally depending on the day.
