This sectional is around 10 yrs old from Ashley furniture. Has worked great for us. As you can see it has been used. All the reclining part are in working order. Would be great for a rec room. Is currently apart in the basement as we have gotten different furniture. There is a small rip in the fabric on the back. I placed some fabric tape over it. Buyer will need to pick up. Help is available to load. $100 OBO.
