Pure Wisconsin maple syrup - Grade A Robust Dark Amber
Locally produced in Suring, WI in 2025 Season. We make our maple syrup the old fashioned way, in the woods by hand.
We tap and collect manually in buckets, transport to the sugar shack by ATV, boil/evaporate for hours over a wood fired kiln, triple cloth filters and finish to perfection in a finish pan. No tubing, no reverse osmosis, no pressing, this is real maple syrup made outdoors in the elements over a wood fire. This is not RO, stainless steel commercial sweetener. Rich, thick and flavorful! This is small batch production, about 75 gallons per year, so that we can control the process, production and maximize the flavor. We sell out each year, when it is gone .... wait till next year!
