Handle is decent, has some rust.
Wheels are solid.
Pull cord is fine. Engine tries to start but doesn't. Sometimes will start and run for 5 or 10 seconds.
The front wheels rotate, but not easily, even when the self-propel isn't engaged.
The deck is broken on the bottom of the side-chute.
If the fuel tank is filled more than 1/3rd or so, gas will come out the rear/air filter part of the carb.
